Good to know
A few quick answers
Appraisal or valuation?
An appraisal is my estimate of likely market value, based on comparable sales. A registered valuation is a formal document from a registered valuer, usually required by a bank.
How is a snapshot different?
A snapshot is a quick guide sent by email. An in-person appraisal means I see the property myself, so I can give you a proper price range and talk through your options.
Not selling yet?
That's common. Plenty of people get an appraisal a year or two ahead to plan around. I'll keep you updated if you'd like, and leave you alone if you wouldn't.
Where do you work?
Invercargill and the wider Southland region. If you're not sure whether your property is in my area, just ask.
