Do I pay for your help?
No. Working with me to buy a property costs you nothing. When you buy a Harcourts listed property that I've introduced you to, I receive a share of the commission paid to Harcourts.
Do I need finance sorted before I start looking?
It really helps. Knowing your budget and having pre-approval shows sellers you're serious. If you don't have a mortgage adviser, solicitor or building inspector yet, I can connect you with trusted professionals.
Can you help me buy at auction?
Yes. I'll guide you through the process and help you prepare. Auction bids are unconditional, so we complete your checks before auction day: finance, LIM, title, a building inspection and advice from your solicitor.
What's the difference between a conditional and unconditional offer?
A conditional offer depends on things like finance, a building inspection or the LIM being satisfied. Once every condition is met, it becomes unconditional and you're committed to buying. Offers at auction are always unconditional.
